How Much Will It Cost To Serve My Documents?

The fee for serving your documents depends on a number of factors. The two major deciding factors are time it will take to get to the service address and distance that the needs to be traveled to get to the service address. Keep in mind that current minimum wage in Hawaii is $16.00/hr. Gas prices are rather expensive. Fees start at $85.00 and go up from there. Other factors like access (gated community, military installation, congested neighborhood with no parking, rural service address, etc.) all play a part in the final price quoted for a job.

We do our best to work with clients to come up with fair and competitive pricing. Keep in mind that lowest price isn’t always your best option. We have successfully served documents that 2 or 3 other companies failed. When reviewing the service attempts, we see 3 consecutive days where the attempts were made in the same 2 hour window.

Unlike others, we do not have a 3 attempt and done approach. If it takes a few more attempts, then we will make the additional attempts to ensure that we can demonstrate that a good faith effort was made to serve the documents.
